I'm here to increase death literacy and inform people about end of life. what to expect, what you can do to prepare NOW and what your options are in Australia. So many people are departing this life without having a plan in place or detailing their wishes before and after death, leaving the people behind to guess, causing so much angst and trauma. If you don't get organised, who will be left to sort it out?
I can also assist you or someone you care for with their end of life journey, by walking the path home with you and your family, making sure you remain empowered in your decision making, are aware of all your choices and feel supported and cared for until the last breath. I can provide post death support and facilitate post death body care, funeral planning and early bereavement support for those close to you.

Hypnosis Sessions
Hypnosis sessions are created to meet the individual needs of your journey.
Hypnosis can address both the physical, emotional and mental aspects including:
* stress and anxiety relief
* pain and symptom management
* improving sleep quality
* personal empowerment
* self hypnosis techniques

End of Life Coaching and Companionship
The end of life journey is a sacred time and having a guide to help you or your person navigate the way creates comfort, certainty and control.
. I am dedicated to providing support, comfort and companionship during this time of transition.
I can help you stay in control of the process, make empowered decisions by knowing all your options and locate any resources you require throughout this time.
All the services outlined in the Planning and Preparing Sessions and Hypnosis would also be available to you.

I host these events monthly, increasing death literacy and promoting community conversation around this important topic.
